For use following USDA instructions for poultry sampling, testing for E. coli., this polyethylene bag measures 15"W x 20"L (37.5 x 50 cm), is sealed at the top to maintain sterility, and has a perforation for easy opening. Holds small turkeys, chickens, and other similar size poultry. Film thickness is 2.0 mil (.051 mm).
