At ProSource Scientific, we are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Items must not have been used or tampered with in any way.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of scientific supplies, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Custom or special-order items
- Perishable, temperature-sensitive, or sterile items
- Chemicals and microbiological media
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@psscientific.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid (we do not accept COD shipments).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a credit will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to returns, depending on the product category and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
